Disposable camera calculator
Put in your guest list and table size to see how many cameras to buy, how many shots that gives you, and what it will cost once they're developed.
How it counts
One camera per table, plus extras for the places people gather: two for a small event, three from 60 guests up. Each camera is taken as a standard 27 shots. It's a rule of thumb, and our guide to how many disposable cameras you need explains where to put them and how to get more good photos from each one.
About the prices
The starting figures come from a June 2024 price check by SlashGear: single-use cameras around $15 to $20 each, and mail-in developing from $16 at The Darkroom. Prices change, so replace them with what you're actually quoted. Bulk packs can lower the camera cost, and a local lab may charge less or more.
Or skip the cameras. SEENCAM gives your guests one QR code. They shoot from their own phones with no app to download, and every photo develops together when the roll opens. Free for up to 10 guests.
