Office holiday party photos: one camera for the whole team

Updated 19 October 2026

Company parties produce great photos that nobody ever sees. A shared camera collects them all and reveals them together the day after.

Why it works for teams

At a work party, people take photos on their own phones and almost none of them reach the team, the same problem as birthday parties and weddings. A shared camera with one QR code collects everything in one private album, and nobody has to install an app or create an account to join.

Hosting friends or family at home instead? There is a shot list and photo-corner ideas in Christmas party photo ideas, and a plan for midnight in New Year's Eve party photo ideas.

Setting it up

  1. Create a roll in SEENCAM and name it after the party.
  2. Pick how many shots each person gets and when the photos appear. The next morning (12 hours later) is popular: it gives the whole office something to open together.
  3. Put the QR code on the tables, by the bar, or in the invitation email.
  4. Colleagues scan and shoot from their own phones: an App Clip on iPhone, the browser on everything else.

Want to try it? SEENCAM gives your guests one QR code. They shoot from their own phones with no app to download, and every photo develops together when the roll opens. Free for up to 10 guests.

Keeping it comfortable for everyone

Group size

Every roll is free for up to 10 guests. For a larger team, the host buys a bigger roll once, for up to 25, 50, 100, 150 or 200 people or unlimited, and can add more people after the roll has started. There is no subscription, and guests never pay.
